Mission
The Mariano Melendro Agricultural Technical Educational Institution, located in the Combeima Canyon, under the concept of new rurality, offers comprehensive education to children and adolescents. The goal is to develop entrepreneurial and research skills in sustainable agricultural and agro-industrial food production, applying new technologies. This aims to lead to the construction of new scenarios of equity, diversity, inclusion, peace, and social justice.
Vision
The Mariano Melendro Agricultural Technical Educational Institution will be recognized in the regional context by 2027 as a leader in comprehensive education. This recognition will stem from pedagogical, research, and technical processes that positively impact the transformation of social, cultural, and environmental realities. The institution will align with institutional and inter-institutional policies in response to the new challenges and demands of society.
